Our charges are uncomplicated and 100 per cent transparent. There are no hidden extras and there is no call out charge for the local areas covered. Our aim is to do the job at a fixed price to give you a piece of mind, so you don’t have to break the bank to pay us once the work is completed. In addition you will make aware of our rates at the time you book the job if hourly rates apply. ( When fixed job costing is not possible.)

"I got in touch with Unic UK through the web as I needed some external electrical wiring to the exterior of my property and electrics to the summer house in my garden. I did some extensive research before hand and received quotes from as least 3 other companies. I chose Unic UK because straight away I could tell I was dealing with a professional. Nish and his worker proved to be professional all the way they were friendly and considerate to my home laying dust sheets where required, and where very trust worthy. They performed an excellent and neat job far quicker than had been anticipated and with little disruption. I am now very pleased to be able to sit out in my garden with lighting when the sun goes down. I have since asked Nish to service my boiler which has not been serviced for some years and was a worry in the back of my mind. He carried out the service efficiently and also fixed a faulty control button and loose hanging boiler cover without charge. "After having a frustrating intermittent fault with my boiler, I was googling possible reasons when I came across a video that Unic had posted on youtube. As they seemed very familiar with my particular model I gave them a ring. Nish gave me a probable cause over the phone and gave an estimate to replace and fit the part which was likely to be faulty. He came the next day – and after producing his Gas safe i.d. – he quickly ran some tests and confirmed the problem that he had suspected. He replaced the part quickly and without mess and the boiler was up and running costing not a penny more than his original estimate.
After, fixing the boiler, Nish advised me on how to keep the boiler in good shape and he was friendly and professional throughout. This was very re-assuring and I will not hesitate to use Unic again in the future." --- by Bill. London.
