Our charges are based on hourly rates so it’s clear, uncomplicated and 100 percent transparent. Free Parking facilities / permits need to be provided by the customers or will be added to the bill. There are no hidden extras. Our aim is to complete the job as efficiently as practically possible without compromising the quality of the work. Our engineers are always committed to add value for your money to give you total piece of mind. Fixed prices are quoted for some jobs after carrying out full site survey such as for Boiler installations.

What does the first-hour charge include for boiler fault diagnostics?
£120 minimum first-hour charge, including boiler fault diagnostics. If the problem can be fixed within the first hour, there is no additional charge. If more parts and labor hours are needed, additional costs will be agreed with the customer.

What are the charges after the first hour of work?
£120 per hour, charged in 15-minute increments of £30.

What is the warranty for new installations and repairs?
One year for new installations and six months for repairs.
